Search modes

Mode	Scope
`Global`	Shared federal signals and knowledge-graph entities plus the current tenant's opportunities, managed contacts, partner profiles, agreements, room work, documents, tasks, artifacts, and AI outputs.
`Workspace`	Only tenant-owned opportunities, managed relationships, partner and teaming records, meeting notes, documents, tasks, artifacts, and AI outputs. Shared market data is excluded.
`AI`	Natural-language intent parsing for entity type, contract value, PWin, task status, set-aside, and NAICS constraints.
`Graph`	Connected market entities and procurement relationships without workspace documents or task content.
`Semantic`	Meaning-based document retrieval with bounded concept expansion and lexical fallback when embeddings are unavailable.

Result contract

Every result includes a stable entity id, type, title, description, source, related agency/program/opportunity, confidence, update time, destination, relevance score, and source-specific metadata. Ranking combines text relevance, source confidence, freshness, tenant context, relationship depth, and company-profile fit. Target and priority agencies, NAICS, PSC, vehicles, and capabilities add bounded explainable boosts; excluded agencies receive a penalty. Filters can constrain type, source, agency, status, value, PWin, due window, NAICS, PSC, vehicle, set-aside, and owner.

Saved searches and alerts

Saved searches belong to one user inside one tenant. Members can run, update, or delete only their own records. Alert cadence is instant, daily, or weekly; each run records the current match count and number of new matches for the Notification Center to deliver. Search-event analytics never store source document bodies or credentials.

`Search and personal saved searches`	All authenticated workspace roles, including Viewer.
`Search analytics`	Owner and Admin only.
`Cross-tenant records`	Always denied. A foreign saved search or event id resolves as not found.
