Reporting Center
Evidence-linked executive, pipeline, revenue, capture, proposal, competitive, and agency reporting.
Reporting model
| Area | Behavior |
|---|---|
Executive | Pipeline value, weighted revenue, observed outcomes, active captures, proposal volume, operating exceptions, historical trends, and recommended actions. |
Pipeline and revenue | Stage, status, agency, office, program, vehicle, owner, region, NAICS, PSC, and set-aside grouping with conservative, most-likely, and best-case scenarios. |
Capture and proposal | Capture maturity, task progress, competitive position, relationship and partner support, proposal throughput, compliance, review, quality, and execution risk. |
Competitive and agency | Award value, incumbents, protests, contract expirations, budget and forecast signals, procurement velocity, agency position, vehicles, classifications, and set-aside trends. |
Evidence | Every snapshot retains source coverage, truncation status, contributing record IDs, findings, methodology, period, filters, and generation identity. |
Forecast guardrail. Unknown or unsourced opportunity values are excluded from every dollar forecast. WinLayer reports value coverage separately instead of estimating missing amounts.
Definitions, runs, and distribution
| Object | Lifecycle |
|---|---|
Templates | System templates can be cloned. Custom definitions preserve sections, filters, widgets, visibility, owner, and optimistic version; archive disables attached schedules. |
Report runs | Each generation creates an immutable tenant snapshot. Later source changes do not rewrite a delivered or shared report. |
Schedules | Daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly cadence in a validated IANA timezone. Atomic due-slot claims and unique schedule slots prevent duplicate generation. |
Delivery | In-app delivery is recorded immediately. SES email records delivered, failed, or blocked truthfully; no configured sender means blocked rather than a false success. |
Exports | Real multi-page PDF, multi-sheet SpreadsheetML Excel, formula-safe CSV, and OOXML PowerPoint files. |
Shares | A 256-bit token exposes one frozen report. Only its SHA-256 digest is stored; expiration, download permission, access count, and immediate revocation are enforced. |
Assistant | Deterministic questions explain revenue, risks, anomalies, outcomes, agency concentration, capture, and proposal operations from the selected snapshot and return evidence IDs. |
Access and operations
The Reporting Center is available to Owner, Admin, and Growth Leader roles in Growth and Enterprise operating modes. API authorization independently returns 403 for other roles. Public shares never forward a workspace session.
