01What is included in Solo?
Solo includes 25 active pursuits, two users, 10 proposal analyses per month, Layer 1-6 access, basic executive briefings, Make and Zapier automation access, 12 months of retention, and standard support.
02What counts as an active pursuit?
Qualified, Capture, Proposal Development, and Submitted count as active pursuits. Won, Lost, No Bid, Archived, and Cancelled do not consume active-pursuit capacity.
03Do you charge separately for AI tokens?
No. Plans are expressed in business capacity—active pursuits, users, and proposal analyses—not model tokens. Fair-use controls protect reliability on Enterprise workloads.
04Can we change plans later?
Yes. Start on Solo, upgrade when the pipeline grows, and add capacity without moving your data. Annual plans include two months compared with monthly billing.
05How does the 14-day trial work?
The 14-day free trial is available only on Solo. A payment card is required in secure Stripe Checkout. Unless you cancel before the displayed trial end date, Solo starts its selected monthly or annual paid cadence automatically. Growth and Growth Plus are charged when checkout is confirmed. Each workspace may use the Solo trial once.
06What counts as a proposal analysis?
RFP, PWS, and SOW analysis; compliance matrices; proposal readiness reviews; requirement extraction; gap analysis; and equivalent newly generated proposal artifacts consume one analysis. Cached reads do not. Add-on packs are used only after the included monthly allowance.
07When should we talk to Enterprise sales?
Choose Enterprise when you need production SSO activation, advanced security controls, custom integration delivery, a commissioned GovCloud deployment option, large fair-use capacity, or a guided implementation and migration plan. SSO and provider integrations require customer-owned production accounts.
